MixnMayhem is a free, browser-based party-game website. You can contact the team about privacy and other enquiries at admin@mixnmayhem.com.

2. Information stored on your device

Our games use browser storage to remember player names, scores, achievements, favourites, game settings, sound preferences and unfinished games. That information is stored in your browser rather than in a MixnMayhem online player account. Other people using your device or browser profile may be able to see it.

You may clear this information using available in-game record/save controls or your browser's site-data settings. Deleting it may permanently erase game progress.

3. Server and hosting information

When you visit this website, the hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address, the time of access, pages requested, and security events to deliver the site and protect its infrastructure.

How long those logs are kept and where they are processed depends on the live hosting setup. For questions about hosting-related information, contact admin@mixnmayhem.com. We will review this notice when hosting is configured or changed.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The current game code does not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. It uses local browser storage for game features and preferences. The hosting provider may set necessary cookies or use other storage technologies. We will update this notice if analytics, adverts or further technologies are introduced. Where the law requires consent or an opt-out, we will provide appropriate controls before using those technologies.

5. Contacting us

If you email admin@mixnmayhem.com, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond to enquiries and deal with necessary follow-up. We intend to keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, or as required by law. We do not operate public chat or user uploads.

6. Children and families

MixnMayhem is designed for recreational play, including families. It does not currently require player accounts or dates of birth. Please avoid entering sensitive or identifying information in custom theme fields or player names. We will reassess children's privacy implications if we add tracking, advertising, or social features.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or object to processing of personal information, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. The site operator cannot access game data held only in your browser; you can remove that data on your device.

1. Using MixnMayhem

MixnMayhem provides free browser-based entertainment, including six games and an Arcade Championship. By using the website you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or responsible adult where appropriate.

2. Entertainment scores and game content

Character abilities, power ratings, “best” and “worst” lists, house rankings and game judges are subjective entertainment features. They are not official rankings, endorsements or authoritative statements about any person, team, franchise or product. Some factual statistical comparisons are dated snapshots and may become outdated.

3. Virtual scores and prizes

Game money, points, badges, grades, trophies and achievements are fictional. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed or transferred for cash or goods, and are not gambling stakes or real-world prizes. No purchase is required to play the current games.

4. Your own input

Custom themes and player names are entered at your discretion and normally remain in local browser storage. Do not enter private personal information, abusive material, or content that violates others' rights. You are responsible for the content you choose to enter.

5. Ownership and third-party references

The website's original game code, layouts and original content may be protected by intellectual-property law. Names of famous people, fictional characters, teams, games and brands are used to identify subjects in entertainment contexts; rights in those names or properties belong to their respective holders. Such references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Availability and saved progress

The games are provided for entertainment without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Local game saves can be lost through clearing browser data, switching devices, private browsing, software updates or storage restrictions. We do not currently provide cloud backup.

7. Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for avoidable losses arising from relying on entertainment ratings as professional advice, or for loss of locally stored progress.
